Our favorite pizza

Ingredients
  • 1 Whole Food's organic pizza dough (frozen section)
  • Pizza Sauce (homemade, or store bought is fine)
  • Shredded Mozzarella
  • Uncured antibiotic-free pepperoni
  • Slice white mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450. Place your pizza stone in the oven to heat up as well.
  2. Let your dough come to room temperature. On a well floured surface begin to work the dough into the shape of a pizza. Ha, I'm no pro here. A little stretch, couple of tosses, just don't over work it.
  3. Put the dough on the hot pizza stone.
  4. Liberally apply sauce, toppings, and cheese.
  5. Put a little olive oil on the exposed crust and pop that baby in the oven for 15-18 mins. The time varies depending on how you like your pizza. Does it look done? Then it's done. Often, I finish mine off with a couple minutes on broil for an extra bubbly pie.
